At 215 Church Street stands a stunning example of Streamline Moderne architecture and one of only two buildings of its kind in the city — The Blair Building, built in 1939 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. An office building for more than 80 years.

It was a hard decision to leave my office of 9 years, but when the perfect suite opened up at the Blair ( a pink building just a few streets over) how could I say no? Read about the building here

No one gets in this business for the awards, but it is really nice to have my work recognized in the industry and I am so thankful! I guess we are doing something right?

This Garden Suite took home the LUXE red award wow-factor room in both the Southeast and NATIONAL categories. 

And nearly every room of the the Garden Suite, plus our Champagne Room project, won a Georgia Design Award Gold in four categories and an overall Best in Show. Read it here.
