Hey hey! Jenna here. Welcome to the first ever installment of Happy Hour for Your Home, bite-sized interior design tips & inspiration you can enjoy over an evening spritz 🥂 We are named Colordrunk after all.

Since no one needs another long email in their inbox, we're keeping everything short & sweet (promise). Lots of pictures, a little advice, and a design-inspired cocktail recipe waiting for you at the end. Sound good? Good. First up: How we upgraded this guest bath the fun way. Let's get to it 🎉

TIP #1 - MAIN SPIRIT

Get your (wall)papers in order.

Don't know where to begin? Start by finding a killer wallpaper you absolutely love. Now you've got yourself an instant color palette to work with!

TIP #2 - MIXERS

Layer it on thick.

Keep a design fresh + cohesive by layering items that have at least one thing in common (i.e. pattern, color, or shape). For instance, the geometric cutouts in this mirror beautifully mimic the lines of the wallpaper. The combo is 👌.

TIP #3 - GARNISH

Shake things up!

We hereby grant you permission to NOT match your finishes. In this room, we went with gold for the cabinet hardware + sconces, but kept the existing silver faucet. Betcha didn't even notice!
